Find the friction in your workflow

Read our approach

A useful workflow review follows the work from request to result. It asks who enters information, where decisions happen and which steps depend on memory. The aim is not to automate every activity. It is to identify repetitive handovers and make the next responsible person visible.

A website your team can maintain

Read our approach

A useful website balances its public experience with the work needed to keep it accurate. Content ownership, accessible navigation and a realistic update routine deserve attention alongside visual design. Choosing a technology stack should follow these requirements rather than begin with the most fashionable framework.

A calmer support foundation

Read our approach

Support becomes harder when nobody knows which services are critical or who owns an account. A basic inventory can reveal renewal dates, permissions and recovery gaps before an urgent incident. The work is partly technical and partly organisational, because a documented responsibility is as useful as a dashboard.

WHY WIRELOGIC

Understand the work before the software.

Make technical decisions easier to understand and help teams build systems they can maintain after the launch.

The story behind the idea

Start with your context

Useful advice begins with your priorities, your space and the resources you actually have.

Know what happens next

A written scope and an understandable process make it easier to compare choices and ask better questions.

Keep things proportionate

Recommendations should fit the brief. We explain trade-offs and leave room to review assumptions.

DELIVERY IN STAGES

From first thought to next step.

01

Share the question, the context and what matters most.

02

Explore

Review the starting point and the available options.

03

Make a plan

Agree a scope, assumptions and a sensible order of work.

04

Look at the result and decide what is useful next.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few useful answers.

Is this a product checkout?

No — you can scope a workflow or website project. We respond with a brief and suggested discovery call.

What belongs in a tech enquiry?

Team size, tools you use today, pain points and any compliance needs. Skip credentials in the form.

How do you price projects?

After discovery you receive assumptions, deliverables and a staged plan — nothing is charged through this demo form.

THE PRACTICAL SIDE

Understand the work before the software.

NOTE 01

Map the work people actually do

A process diagram is most useful when it follows a real request. Identify where information arrives, who checks it and where the next person learns that work is ready. Include informal spreadsheets and messages: these often reveal gaps between the documented process and daily reality. A short observation session can expose duplicated data entry that a new dashboard would otherwise leave untouched.

NOTE 02

Treat access as a design decision

Shared accounts and undocumented ownership make systems harder to support. Give people the access they need, keep recovery routes under business control and review permissions when roles change. Never share passwords or API keys through a general enquiry form. A consultancy brief should state which systems may be inspected, what information can be exported and who approves changes to a live service.

NOTE 03

Define what finished means

Acceptance criteria make a technical project reviewable. Instead of promising a fast website, agree which journeys must work, how content is updated and which accessibility and performance checks apply. Record browser assumptions and data migration responsibilities. A launch plan should include rollback, monitoring and handover. This concept offers planning information and does not claim security certification, guaranteed uptime or an existing support team.
